DOOLEYS Chairman, CEO and staff were honoured to be officially recognised as a Founder of The Children’s Hospital at Westmead at a ceremony held on Thursday 12 May 2016, in recognition of DOOLEYS contributions now reaching over $1 million.
DOOLEYS Chairman John Munce and Chief Executive Officer David Mantle joined many other Hospital supporters at the Australian National Maritime Museum to be recognised for our ongoing support of the Hospital’s Cancer Centre for Children.
Since 2003, DOOLEYS has been a keen supporter of The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, raising funds and supporting research and clinical programs for the Cancer Centre for Children.
“DOOLEYS has a long and proud association with The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and we are honoured to be recognised as a Founder”, said DOOLEYS Chairman John Munce.
“Anyone who has spent time at the Children’s Hospital will know it is a very special place with staff, clinicians and volunteers who have a passion for their work that is truly inspiring. In the face of great adversity, they are pillars of strength and compassion who deserve our respect, our thanks and our continued support.”
“DOOLEYS looks forward to strengthening our partnership even further in the future,” continued Mr Munce. “As long as there is a Children’s Hospital at Westmead, DOOLEYS will be there to offer our support.”
