Current position: Gaming Operations Manager
Previous positions: Gaming Analyst, Loyalty Host, Relief Supervisor / Duty Manager and Gaming Operations Assistant.
What do you do in your current position?
In my role as Gaming Operations Manager I am responsible for looking after operational needs of gaming department along with assisting Group Gaming Manager with day to day operations. My responsibilities include gaming recruitments, staff holiday requests, manage gaming analysts & team leaders, analyse gaming performance, and recommended changes, review Loyalty Program monthly, etc.
What made you decide to work at DOOLEYS?
I was looking for a place where I could learn about various aspects of customer service plus semester break was approaching, which was a perfect opportunity for me to work and save some money and that is when I saw a recruitment advertisement for DOOLEYS.
What do you enjoy most about working at DOOLEYS?
I am amazed at the opportunity of progression for everyone working in the club. Having worked in the club for a long time I get a sense of belonging and community. It feels great to be a part of organisation that is still growing.
What advice would you give people thinking of working at DOOLEYS?
Wear comfortable shoes! For some people you might be the only person they have spoken to for the day!
